Sample Selection

In the air cooled sample section we have experienced Pattern maker and his team of selective garment makers who can make high quality fashion garments individually. The grading of patterns is done as per specs based on the size pattern given initially & a sample is made for approval. Size set and P.P. samples are made incorporating the comments & changes required of the approval sample. Reference samples are made & kept for follow up in production lines. The shop floor is given a sample as per allotment and approval given from the sample department for bulk.

Fabric Checking & Cutting

To maintain the quality standard we conduct 100% grey fabric checking. Every single meter of fabric has met the desired specification before it moves into shop floor. The fabrics are also, checked at random by the Q.C.’s, while laying. The patterns are checked with Cutting In-charge before the marker is drawn. The marker length is checked with the Original sample and all parts of the garment are duly placed and marked. After the cutting, the parts are checked with the patterns for accuracy – before sorting & issuing to the production lines.

NOTE: KINDLY NOTE WE ARE DEALING IN ANY KIND OF FABRICS.

Production Lines

The shop Floor constitutes all power operated imported machines. Every sewing line has a Supervisor, assisted by a line leader and a Quality Controller. The Q.C. controls the quality of every operator. There are in- line checkers stationed to check for the broken/jump stitches, alignment of checks and stripes, shades, damages and for placements – before & after making the full garment. The Leader takes control of input in lines, collection of trims, pattern boards etc.

In-Line Inspection

The checkers (from the quality control / assurance department) conduct in-line inspections, other than the in line Q.C.’s , They check on use and placement of trims (thread, labels etc.). The finished garments are checked as per before wash specs also.

Quality Control / Assurance

There is a separate Quality Control department comprising of qualified Quality controller’s, who conduct inspections in cutting, sewing and finishing department. Although all the process goes through the vigil eyes of skilled quality personnel still the completed garment put through several visual checks and is finally given the go ahead by the Quality Assurance department.

Ironing Department

We have Steam Pressing Tables, to iron the production quantity specified.

Maintai nance

The factory is cleaned every Sunday to avoid dust, cobwebs etc. The machines are serviced once a month. The oil levels of the machines are checked every fortnight. The motors are vacuumed every week. The machine heads are set and timings adjusted on the hook set & the needles.

Sto res

The fabric received is checked physically for any discrepancies / defects and stacked as per dye lots and colors. The fabric is cut by ¼ yard and shade band is made & washed – to sort out the shade variations before issuing fabric to the cutting dept. Fabric yardage’s are sent for shrinkage testing and a book is maintained for follow up while grading. On receipt of work order, fabric cards are made as per the requirement and the approximate consumption is worked out and a statement is made for assessment. Any shortages and excess is calculated and informed to the merchandising department which is to ensure that the right information is passed on to the customers & approvals can be taken to avoid undue delay’s at a later stage

The same system is applied for trims and other accessories.

Adminis tration

The administration department is computerized with data’s of orders, profiles, inventory, indents and other packages.
